Starting small, Raw Halo founder Meg began the business of making organic raw chocolate in 2014 from her flat in West London, devising homemade recipes for chocolate which not only tasted great, but was also glowing with goodness. For most people, a chocolate bar is an indulgent treat, which doesn’t often compliment a healthy lifestyle.
When Meg decided to cut refined sugar from her own diet, she set about searching for a healthier chocolate that still tasted delicious – but she was soon disappointed with those that she found. This proved to be her inspiration to dream up a healthier treat which utilised the finest organic ingredients and only a little natural sweetener.
