Uk delivery and times

• Prices are calculated at checkout, dependent on the size and weight of your order.
• We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days of receiving orders.
• Your order will be shipped via DHL UK standard delivery 3-5 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
• If you require expedited delivery for any reason please contact us info@bumptobox.com.
• Please be aware that the above delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation or any other external factors.
• Before we can dispatch your order, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
• Once items have been dispatched we are unable to change the delivery address.
• During free shipping promotions, the delivery cost will be removed at final payment page.
• We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit, in this circumstance we would advise customers to liaise directly with DHL.

• Restrictions: Some boxes contain items that we are unable to ship overseas to select countries. Due to transport restrictions, we are unable to ship pressurised or flammable items by air at this time.
