Returns

Full details of our refund policy can be found within the terms and conditions, however if for any reason you wish to return your box you must do so within 14 days of delivery with all items in their original packaging and unused condition.

If you do wish to return your box we would recommend using a secure postage method and obtaining proof of postage or use a signed for service to ensure your box arrives safely with us. You will be required to pay the return postage costs.

All returned items will be refunded as soon as we receive the returned parcel, minus the original delivery costs.

Exchanges

We may decide to offer an exchange where goods are deemed defective or damaged. If you require an exchange for any reason, you can email at info@bumptobox.com. Please note that any exchanges will be made at the discretion of bump to box and the return of any defective items shall be the responsibility of the customer.
